Job Summary
Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans through collaboration with healthcare professionals, and coordinate with the IDT to optimize health outcomes. Supervise CNAs while ensuring compliance with IDPH and CMS regulations. We support your transition into Illinois practice by covering licensure costs and offer extensive benefits including extremely low-cost health, dental, and vision coverage, $25,000 company-paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available with a salary range of $40-$45/hour.
Required Qualifications
