Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care while promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life. Complete nursing assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, CNAs, LPNs, and the interdisciplinary care team. Provide clinical guidance, support, and leadership to nursing staff. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare partners. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards and regulations. Serve as a resident advocate and promote a culture of compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively
- Commitment to providing exceptional nursing care with respect and compassion
