Registered Nurse (RN)

RN follows Ohio State Health laws and nursing home standards; Provides prescribed medical treatment and exceptional personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled residents. Assigns Nursing Assistants duties, evaluates subordinate staff performance, and monitors patients; observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments; administers specified medications (oral, subcutaneous, or intramuscular) and documents in medication administration records; uses equipment such as catheters, tracheotomy tubes, and oxygen suppliers; supports residents in a 6:45am–7:15pm and 6:45pm–7:15am schedule across full-time and part-time roles; works in Ohio Masonic Communities facilities with a focus on quality care and compliance with regulations.
