Job Summary
Provide advice and support to residents and their families while monitoring residents and administering medication and treatments. Chart resident care services in resident and department records, adhering to infection-control policies to protect staff. Resolve resident problems using multidisciplinary team strategies and assure quality of care by following facility philosophies and standards. Maintain resident confidentiality to keep confidence intact. Requires a current State Registered Nurse RN License, Long-Term Care experience preferred, and solid computer skills with MS Office working knowledge. Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is an 88-bed facility dedicated to providing the finest rehab and skilled nursing services.
