Job Summary
Conduct accurate patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions tailored to patient conditions and ages. Perform timely documentation relating to medical necessity and manage the revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Work full-time nights (7p-7a) with rotating weekends, holding a current Virginia state or compact RN license and completing Basic Life Support within 30 days.
