Job Summary
Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions tailored to each patient's condition and age. Provide timely documentation in medical records and complete revisions of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for every patient. Maintain full-time night shifts (7p-7a) with rotating weekends. Requires a current Virginia or compact RN license and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days.
