Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes. Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members. Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards. Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
- Current CPR Certification
- Knowledge of long-term care and skilled nursing regulations preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care
