Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting; administer medications and treatments on time; monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status; support overnight clinical operations while ensuring resident safety; collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team; communicate with residents and families regarding care needs; complete accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards; follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR Certification
- Knowledge of skilled nursing and long-term care regulations preferred
