Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | Evening Shift

Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long-term care (LTC) setting. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status. Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary care team members. Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs. Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation. Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards. Evening shift (2PM–10PM) on a full-time basis.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Iowa
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (not required)
