Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting; administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to health changes; support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes; collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members; communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and care plans; complete accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations; follow infection control, safety, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa in good standing
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (not required)
