Job Summary
Oversee direct patient care, education, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for patients recovering from general debility on a 17-bed skilled nursing unit. Lead the patient care team to help individuals relearn daily living skills and achieve independence following acute hospitalization or illness. Maintain current Virginia RN licensure with at least one year of experience, an ADN (BSN preferred), and BLS certification while delivering high-quality care. Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience
- ADN
- BLS certification
- Positive attitude
- Enthusiasm for caring for our community
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
