Job Summary
Provide direct and compassionate care to residents, supervising day-to-day activities of nursing assistants, and ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and Local standards. Deliver high-quality nursing care, maintain accurate documentation, participate in care planning, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support resident-centered care on the Full-Time Night Shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Must hold an active RN license in the state of residence and current CPR certification; strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and patient-focused service are essential.
