Job Summary
Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans by collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize health outcomes. Coordinate with the IDT, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH and CMS regulations. Requires an active Illinois Registered Nurse license with preferred Long Term Care experience. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available with a salary range of $40-$45/hour.
