Registered Nurse (RN)- Sign On

Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs and develop nursing care plans for the Adolescent population (ages 5-11). Maintain medical records, educate families on conditions, and ensure physicians' verbal orders are transcribed appropriately. Administer medications per orders, document controlled substance counts, and notify physicians of significant status changes or medical emergencies. Complete admission and discharge processing, demonstrate universal precautions, and communicate therapeutically with patients, visitors, and co-workers. Maintain professional boundaries and coordinate unit activities as directed. Requires current RN license, one year of nursing experience, and CPR/de-escalation certification. FT Day shifts available with a $10k sign-on bonus.
