Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Short Term Care on Part Time Nights at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA. Responsibilities include delivering quality nursing care as part of the patient care team, assessing and implementing care plans, coordinating care with patients and families, documenting changes and outcomes, educating patients and families on health issues, contributing to performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and supporting professional leadership and mentorship within the nursing staff.
