Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, lead patient assessments and tailor care plans for rehabilitation in an inpatient setting, supervise care, collaborate with departments, and support patients and families through recovery using specialized nursing skills and compassionate, individualized care. Key duties include direct patient care, coordinating care across teams, guiding other staff with complex patient needs, and contributing to a healing environment with a focus on rehabilitation goals. Required: valid RN licensure and CPR certification; ACLS preferred and CRRN preferred; experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
