Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Encompass Health, you will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, direct patient care when needed, serve as a resource for fellow staff, and support patients and families through their rehabilitation journey. Candidates typically hold active RN licensure, CPR certification, and may have ACLS (preferred) and CRRN (preferred); one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred. The role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care and leveraging technology to enhance patient outcomes.
