Job Summary
Provide supervised inpatient rehabilitation nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN) including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, and addressing patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource to fellow staff, support complex patient needs, and celebrate patient milestones. Certifications preferred include ACLS and CRRN; licensure must meet state regulations. Emphasis on compassionate, individualized care using advanced technology to support rehabilitation outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
