Job Summary
Provide direct patient care, make care assignments to staff, and supervise CNA personnel. Interpret and enforce facility policies while obtaining and administering prescribed medications. Participate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans and communicate relevant information, safety issues, and condition changes to supervisors and physicians. Document significant conditions and reactions, notifying families and physicians of health behavior or medication changes. Work in long-term care facilities offering rehabilitation and skilled services in the Greater Seattle area, adhering to all state licensing and certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current state license
- Current CPR certification
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills in the nursing process necessary for those patients requiring the expertise of a professional registered nurse
- Must be able to work any shift as needed and be flexible with scheduling requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of (1) one year experience preferred
