Job Summary
Manage day-to-day staff administration and scheduling, including timecards, FTE status changes, and new hire processing. Plan and implement nursing schedules, policies, and procedures while recruiting, selecting, and retaining clinical staff. Lead quality improvement initiatives, coordinate patient care services, and ensure regulatory compliance and adequate skill mix. Drive adherence to departmental budgets, vendor relations, and accreditation requirements. Maintain current competencies through coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions. Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 with 24/7 accountability; BSN and 4+ years clinical experience required.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent experience
- current RN license in state of practice
- BLS
- at least 4 years of clinical experience relevant to patient population
- 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a lead, supervisory, or equivalent capacity
