Registered Nurse (RN)

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitation care. Implement the patient/resident plan of care, evaluate responses, and direct care provided by other nursing personnel. Deliver education to patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate while maintaining documentation confidentiality and compliance with facility policies. Maintain knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and use. Conduct self in a professional manner in compliance with unit and facility policies. Works rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
