Job Summary
Lead interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate care transitions and coordinate safe, effective patient care for complex cases. Provide direct bedside nursing using the nursing process to address clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs while actively participating in unit councils to improve quality indicators and patient experience. Serve as a resource for students and colleagues by seeking feedback to enhance clinical practice and supporting shared governance activities. Maintain de-escalation certification and foster a culture of safety through open dialogue and evidence-based improvement initiatives. Requires Georgia RN licensure with at least one year of experience; BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations
- Meets experience requirements upon hire
