Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive resident assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring health status and vital signs, assisting with ADLs, and supervising LPNs, CNAs, CMAs, and other staff. Act as a liaison among residents, families, physicians, and the care team to ensure effective communication and continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation (MARs) and electronic health records, ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations, participate in QAPI and infection control activities, and contribute to quality improvement efforts. Uphold nursing standards of practice, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, delegate tasks appropriately, and provide orientation and training for new staff to ensure facility policies are followed.
