Registered Nurse (RN)

Delivers optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions. Coordinate all aspects of patient care, including initiating and updating the plan of care, while completing all documents timely. Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation. Requires a current, unrestricted Louisiana RN license and CPR certification. Full-time position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
