Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Rheumatology responsible for applying the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care; engage patients and families, monitor conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team to influence outcomes. May administer medications per clinical protocols; may float to other units within the service area. Requires RN licensure with state privileges; BSN preferred. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and safety-focused approach expected; adherence to ANA Code of Ethics and documentation in EHR.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
- Active RN license (multi-state compact and/or single-state) with privileges to practice in the state(s) of client locations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
