Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, develop care plans, and provide treatments under the direct supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse. Collect patient data, interpret diagnostic results, and manage clinical situations while adhering to infection control, medication administration, and patient confidentiality policies. Execute skills validation, participate in quality improvement processes, and fulfill unit calls to adjust staffing based on census and acuity. Complete all clinical competencies and training requirements for the Nurse Residency Program, including core curriculum classes and simulation labs. Begin December 7th cohort; must graduate 45 days prior to start date with less than one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing
- Current RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or licensed to practice as an RN in the state the team member is working
- NCLEX testing date provided prior to hire
- Passing score on NCLEX
- Licensure with State Board of Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited institution/program recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education or the State Board of Nursing
