Registered Nurse (RN) - Renal/Vascular Surgical

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations for patients in renal and vascular surgical settings while coordinating interdisciplinary care through rounds and case reviews. Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety, manage protocols for reducing re-admissions, and support shared governance initiatives. Provide bedside teaching, mentor preceptors, and maintain timely documentation in compliance with Georgia Nurse Practice Act and TJC standards. Requires 5 years of direct patient care experience, RN license, and BLS certification. Full-time day shift (7am-7pm) with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Minimum 5 years RN experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner
- Possess excellent time management skills
