Registered Nurse (RN) Rehabilitation Unit

Perform plan-of-care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care for patients focused on regaining independence. Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, and families while documenting care accurately and assisting with activities of daily living. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals, and provide age- and culture-appropriate education to patients and families. Float throughout the building to support departments and staff as needed.
