Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for a 17-bed rehabilitation unit. Provide care tailored to patient conditions and age while performing timely documentation and revising the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. Execute QI assessments and report to the Director or Manager of the Department. This role requires a current state RN license, BLS certification, and one year of experience, with ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred. Schedule includes 3x12 shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
