Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Rehabilitation – provide compassionate rehabilitation nursing care, perform patient assessments, initiate nursing interventions, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities include accurate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record, completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient, timely QI assessments, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a current RN license and a Bachelor's degree in nursing; BLS within 30 days of hire, ACLS and PALS within six months of hire, with one year of experience preferred and ASLS certification preferred. This full-time night-shift position offers a 15,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
- ASLS certification preferred
