Job Summary
Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety in the Med-Surg and Rehab department. Utilize specialized plan-of-care interventions to serve as a patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys daily while leveraging cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Maintain a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RNs. Requires current state RN license, Associate's degree, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
