Job Summary
Accurately assesses residents' health status and educational/environmental needs on admission and ongoing basis; develops dynamic care plans with an interdisciplinary team; documents assessments and care plans; identifies nursing interventions including medication administration, IV therapies, and treatments; communicates plan to IDT, residents, and families; uses SBARR for physician notification; monitors care plan delivery and uses QAPI for problem resolution; assists with ADLs and responds to call lights; maintains current nursing practice through Bethesda policies and self-study; may be assigned other duties; Evening/Part-Time 12-Hour Day Shift in Watertown, NY.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state you will be working
- CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six months
- Education from an accredited nursing program leading to RN
