Job Summary
Accurately assesses residents’ health status and educational/environmental needs on admission and ongoing basis; develops dynamic care plans with IDT; documents care plans and interventions (including medication administration, IV fluids) and communicates changes to IDT, residents, and families; uses SBARR to notify physicians; maintains composure in crises; monitors care plan effectiveness and uses QAPI for problem resolution; assists with ADLs and supports nursing staff; participates in ongoing nursing education and policy adherence; requires RN license in the state of employment, CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months), and long-term care experience preferred; schedule includes 12-hour night shifts; pay range $29.39-$48.20 per hour.”,
Required Qualifications
- Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a registered nurse
- Current RN license in the state you will be working
- CPR/AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment
