Registered Nurse (RN) for Regional Float Pool ICU on a Full-Time Night schedule in Greenwood Village, CO. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; developing and implementing individualized care plans; administering medications and treatments per orders and protocols; educating patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care; collaborating with medical staff to coordinate patient care; maintaining timely documentation in the medical record; evaluating and adjusting care plans to improve outcomes; ensuring infection control and safety standards; providing emotional support and therapeutic communication; supervising and delegating care to team members; participating in professional development and performance improvement activities; and responding to code situations as needed. Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred), RN licensure, BLS, and 2+ years ICU experience. Relocation assistance available; 15K sign-on bonus for new hires. Pay range listed: $34.26-$59.24 hourly. Pay is converted to annualized salary for posting.
