Registered Nurse (RN)

RN responsibilities include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, and training/supervising staff to ensure resident well-being. Performs tasks related to resident care per treatment/service plans, supports dignity and independence, assists with ADLs and medication administration, maintains infection control and safety procedures, updates and communicates care documentation, and evaluates health emergencies within RN scope and state regulations.
