Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions, administering medications and treatments accurately. Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants while responding promptly to emergencies. Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards, maintaining resident confidentiality. Complete accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during shift reports. Work every other weekend across day, evening, or night shifts.
