Registered Nurse, RN

Provide care for patients with complex diagnoses while performing nursing assessments, administering medications per physician orders, and establishing measurable short- and long-term goals. Collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care and delegate responsibilities to staff. Supervise task implementation, communicate patient information between shifts, and minimize rehospitalizations through continuous outcome evaluation.
