Registered Nurse (RN) Recovery Room-PACU-FT

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the recovery room and PACU. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families to set goals and update care plans. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and timely documentation to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance to promote evidence-based practice. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor for other nurses and students. Uphold all organizational policies, clinical competencies, and legal regulatory requirements. Maintain minimum five years of direct patient care experience and hold required RN licensure and instructor-level certifications.
