Registered Nurse (RN) Recovery Room-PACU-FT

Conduct direct patient care in the Recovery Room-PACU, performing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and just-in-time teaching with patients and significant others to ensure individualized, culturally responsive outcomes. Document care safely and timely while collaborating on protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities. Requires a BSN, 5+ years of direct patient care experience, and ACLS/PALS instructor certification.
