Registered Nurse (RN) Recovery Room-PACU-FT

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver individualized, evidence-based care in the recovery room. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and just-in-time patient teaching while maintaining timely documentation and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to align care plans with their goals and participate in performance improvement initiatives, research utilization, and shared governance activities. Mentor preceptors and staff to support workforce development and model professional practice standards.
