Registered Nurse (RN) Recovery Room-PACU-FT

Perform the Nursing Process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practice to ensure individualized, relationship-based patient-centered care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and just-in-time teaching while maintaining timely documentation and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to set goals, update care plans, and support performance improvement initiatives through research utilization and shared governance. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Requires a BSN, 5+ years of direct patient care experience, and ACLS/PALS certifications. Located at Cobb Hospital in Georgia.
