Registered Nurse (RN)Recovery Room-PACU-FT-Nights

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations for patients in the Perioperative Recovery Room, implementing evidence-based care plans tailored to individual needs. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation to ensure safe, high-quality patient transitions while partnering with families on care goals. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to protocol development to reduce adverse events and re-admissions. Maintain compliance with Georgia Nurse Practice Act, TJC safety goals, and WellStar policies. Requires RN license, BLS certification, and minimum five years of direct patient care experience.
