Registered Nurse (RN)Recovery Room-PACU-FT-Nights

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the perioperative recovery setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside teaching to ensure safe, individualized patient care outcomes. Partner with families to set goals and provide just-in-time education, while documenting care and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to support the nursing workforce. Participate in performance improvement activities, value analysis, and evidence-based practice initiatives to drive system-wide safety goals. Maintain licensure and certifications including BLS or ARC-BLS. Requires a registered nurse license, minimum five years of direct patient care experience, and associates, diploma, or bachelor's degree in nursing.
