Registered Nurse (RN)Recovery Room-PACU-FT-Nights

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide relationship-based, patient-centered care. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and documentation while partnering with patients and families to set goals and deliver individualized care. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and participate in shared governance activities. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Requires 5 years of direct patient care experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time night shift at Cobb Hospital.
