Registered Nurse (RN)Recovery Room-PACU-FT-Nights

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the recovery room. Coordinate interdisciplinary care through rounds, case reviews, and bedside teaching while documenting safe, quality patient care. Partner with patients and families to set goals and adapt service delivery to population-specific characteristics. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance. Uphold WellStar policies, TJC safety goals, and evidence-based practice standards while reducing re-admission rates and adverse events. Requires RN license, 5 years direct patient care experience, and BLS certification. Full-time night shift.
