Registered Nurse (RN)Recovery Room-PACU-FT-Nights

Perform the Nursing Process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and patient teaching while ensuring timely documentation and compliance with Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and participate in shared governance activities to promote safe, quality patient outcomes. Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments, including BLS certification. Requires 5 years of direct patient care experience and an Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Full-time night shift position at Cobb Hospital with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
