Registered Nurse (RN)Recovery Room-PACU-FT-Nights

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the recovery room. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside teaching to ensure safe, individualized patient care and timely documentation. Partner with patients and families to set goals and update them on care plans while adhering to Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards and WellStar policies. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice activities. Maintain 5 years of direct patient care experience and hold current RN licensure and BLS certification.
