Registered Nurse (RN) - Recovery Room (PACU) FT Day

Perform direct patient care in the Recovery Room, executing the full nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while documenting safe, quality care. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide bedside teaching, adapting service delivery to individual needs. Mentor preceptors and staff to support workforce development and participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance. Uphold clinical standards, safety protocols, and evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes. Requires direct patient care nursing experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing, and current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
