Registered Nurse (RN) - Recovery Room (PACU) FT Day

Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver individualized, evidence-based care in the recovery room. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and patient teaching while documenting safe quality patient care and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to align care plans with their goals, and proactively plan care across the continuum to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Mentor staff and students, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and uphold all system policies, accreditation standards, and safety absolutes. Requires direct patient care nursing experience and specific certifications including ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
