Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) to join Ramp Health in Lima, OH. The role focuses on employee health and safety, injury and illness management, health screenings and assessments, regulatory compliance (OSHA, ADA, FMLA), case management for return-to-work and accommodations, wellness program development, emergency response, ergonomic assessments, and health-related education and training. Collaboration with HR, safety teams, and management is required to maintain a healthy workplace. Requires RN license in Ohio and 2 years of Family/General/Occupational Health experience; strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols; ability to develop personalized care plans; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid license in Ohio
- 2 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health
